About Me

We love comics, talking about them and the modern 'scene'. We won't make you feel stupid... well we'll try not to.

Funny Pages Issue #6

The new episode is up and waiting for you. They guys have movie news for you, and talk about what's on deck for The Batman. Of course, Chris makes fun of Kevin Smith, and Anthony is a bit grumpy.

But we all know what we're here for, the reviews. Chris takes a gander at Marvels new run of Namor: The First Mutant. You know what would make the Submariner better? Vampires. Yeah that makes sense. Anthony has a stack of of Hack/Slash. The popular horror books just wrapped its first series for Image.

And we also have our first video game review. Anthony Picked up Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. It's definitely one of the better Spidey games yet, but does that make it any good? Listen and find out.

Funny Pages Issue #5

Well they're back and all over the place this time. One of our listeners asked us to talk some Kirkman; so there's that. The guys talk about their trip to Wizard World last week, and bull shit about some properties they'd like to see turned into comic books.

They even manage to stop talking about death sticks long enough to review a couple of books. Chris talks about the two issue arc A Battle of Little Note from Unknown Soldier. He's not really a nice guy sometimes. And Anthony has the comic book based on every comic book fan's favorite comic book fanboy: Comic Book Guy; in his latest issue: Comic Book Guy The Comic Book issue #2.

Anthony Even goes into detail about his celebrity crush. Big surprise, fatty likes a broad that can cook a decent meal.

On a serious note, one of the first people that every contacted us here, Marz, is going through a very tough personal loss right now. Chris and I just want to send out our deepest sympathies right now. For the bottom picture, this ones for Marz.
