Back and better than ever with reviews of Image Comic's new six part series Memoirs, and Marvel's villian team-up book Thunderbolts. Chris and Anthony also get down with the get down talking about some of their favorite comic book video games of the past and present.
Issue 15
The Second of the back issues. We find out who the new Superman will be. Poor Chris. He really had his heart set on that role. We drown our woes in Sailor Jerry's and a couple of comic books. Chris has the latest horror comic from IDW, Edge of Doom, and Anthony has a nerd fit over Fantastic Four No. 587.
Issue 14
The first of our back issues and it has been well worth the wait. Books on tap include Batman's former ward Red Robin in issue #19, and the first two issues of Next Men. No not X-Men. And of course we have to take an innocent kids game and and nerd it up.
Issue 13
Welcome back and Happy New Year. Shaking off the fog from last night, but putting a show together none the less. Anthony Has Batman Dark Knight and Chris kicks the tires on the new Hawkeye & Mockingbird series. The boys also introduce an new blog segment.
Issue 12
Last show of they year, and the guys have a little Secret Santa session to start things off. For the books, we review the three issues of the newest mutant mercenary team in Uncanny X-Force, and Anthony has yet another limited series with Image's 27. Stick around for our best and worst of year. Spoiler alert, we're on the worst.
Issue 11
Image has a new hit on their hands and Chris has his on it. He takes you into the world of the unnamed mercenaries from the way back day in their new book Skullkickers. Anthony picks up yet another Thor book, but this one centers around the Norse Thunder God's nemesis Loki in the book by the same name. Also the guys get into it over who is the real ruler of the sea when they break down the battle between Prince Namor and Aquaman.
Issue 10
Boba Fett in Star Wars Blood Ties and Alan Moore's Neonomicon, 'nuf said. Actually I was just saving room for the Who'd You'd Rather. Blue Skin, but the ability to shape into the form of any woman, or super hot blonde with the power to destroy your weak mind. Mystique up against the Emma Frost.
Issue 9
It's finally here, the all DC episode. Not only that, but we've also share with you some set photos from the upcoming Superman porno. Chris bites the bullet and reviews the book which has polarized comic book fans everywhere- Superman Earth One. Anthony takes a look at the most famous comic book staring teenage side-kicks Teen Titans. In this issue an alum rejoins the team...sort of.
Walking Dead One Shot
Fresh from the premiere episode of the, I never thought I would get to say this, most anticipated zombie show ever, the guys break down the episode and of course Anthony has the be the Debbie Downer and bring of the comic books.
Issue 8
To be honest, this show is kind of a blur. Things happened comic books were reviewed, I think there was something about banging aliens... I don't think I want to know. From what they tell me, there's some discussion about Secret Six and Marvel's new limited series Carnage.
Issue 7
The guys fill you in on the Superman/Batman: Apocalypse animated movie. Bat-Segway, FUCK YEAH! Then we give you the heads up on Jonathan Hickman's S.H.I.E.L.D. and the visually stunning Fantastic Four in... ¡Ataque Del M.O.D.O.K.! We wrap things up with a little game of Mary, Fuck, Kill.
Issue 6
Batman movie news tops the show and later the guys take a look at Namor the First Mutant #1 and Image Comic's first story line of Hack/Slash: My First Maniac. Anthony also reviews Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions for the Wii. Ah the Wii, the worst of the systems.
Issue 5
Fresh from the cosplay grand march at Wizard World, the guys reminisce about the good old days when the con didn't suck so much. Inspired by all the fan boys, Anthony reviews Comic Book Guy the Comic Book, and Chris talks about Unknown Soldier.
Issue 4
Special guest E.C. stops by and joins Chris and Anthony for the world's worst three-way in history, but the show was really great. Luckily we only recorded the the show. We review Fables, SuperGods, and Phoenix without Ashes. We cap off the show with a who'd you'd rather with some of the finest batman femme fatales Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn.
Issue 3
The issue that we caught THE MOST SHIT for. The Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World review. Not to mention a little comic book talk with Batman and Robin and Casanova. And how could we pass up a debate on one of perhaps Marvel's most recognizable characters: Wolverine.
Issue 2
Reviews of DC's Zatanna and Mark Millar's Nemesis. Then we dive into the finer points of the madness that is Alan Moore.
Issue 1
The first, and some would say best show of the series. Get a chance to better know your hosts and we review Northlanders and Daytripper. Not to mention the first ever Who'd you'd rather. Let the nerdom begin.
